One of the main aims of The Carrot Company is to ensure that parents feel an integral part of any reward scheme that their children are involved in.

We believe that involving parents and allowing them to play an active role is key to ensuring any school rewards system is successful.

That’s why we have introduced Parent Portal to MyStickers. Using a special login, parents can view the printed rewards their children receive and leave positive feedback and encouragement. That means that parents feel part of the process and are enhancing the impact of the positive rewards on their children.

The input of parents gives children a huge boost and means that their resulting positive behaviour at school also becomes a positive part of their overall personality.

We believe that giving parents insight into their children’s success at school is important as it makes sure that they don’t feel left out of something that is a big part of their children’s development.

As well as school rewards, The Carrot Company also gives parents a fun, engaging way of running their own rewards scheme at home.

MyRewards is an iPhone and iPad app that helps parents encourage better behaviour in their children. By setting Task, parents are able to give their children a sense of responsibility by awarding them virtual stickers once they complete them.

Those virtual stickers can then be exchanged for Rewards that parents agree with their children. We like to think of it as giving parents a way to encourage their children to earn virtual pocket money.

By setting Milestones, parents can encourage children to complete specific and important tasks over a longer period to aim for a bigger prize like console games or theme park visits.

Whilst children are at the centre of what we do, one of the The Carrot Company’s main aims is involving parents as much as possible so they can play their integral part in their children’s development.
