The Carrot Company has spent over a decade ensuring that encouraging good behaviour is a fun, engaging and motivating experience. What makes us different is our determination to constantly evolve the way our tools benefit children, teachers and parents.

We know that encouraging good behaviour and self-motivation in children is of utmost importance and we want to make sure that everyone involved in the process has the right tools to play their valuable part in it.

Our school rewards tools mean that teachers can encourage children with physical rewards by using School Stickers, oversee full school reward programs with Carrot Rewards or manage and give out virtual rewards in individual classrooms with Classroom Carrots.

Children log the rewards they receive at school on MyStickers, giving them an online album of all their achievements. Every code logged also provides an entry into one of our exciting prize draws. They can also use their rewards in exchange for school rewards programs that are designed to benefit them.

Parents can keep track of their child’s development at school by viewing the rewards they receive via the parent portal on MyStickers or by signing up to RewardBook. They can leave feedback for their children to reinforce the encouragement already given by their teacher.

At home, parents can encourage children by rewarding good behaviour and managing certain tasks and rewards by using MyRewards. Their children can then exchange the virtual stickers they receive at home for rewards. Think of it as virtual pocket money.

All of our tools are designed to be accessible, fun and engaging. As part of our constant evolution, we go to great lengths to make sure our tools are available on as many devices as possible and we have developed and published a number of iOS apps with more operating system updates to come.
